Being a reliable platform, we offer a refund for our customers. But that shall be applicable to those services that you have used for at least one month. Before one month, we won’t be able to entertain your refund application. Also, the refund depends on the seller of the service and the amount which can be refunded depends on the seller.
You may request a refund by applying through the return window. However, there might be some products that are not available for a refund. Therefore, you must check the products and services before rendering them. But in case you receive a damaged product from us or you are not satisfied with any of our services, you can also apply for a refund/replacement.
For applying for a refund, you may get in touch with our representative with the help of the helpline number. Or you may consider dropping an email to the official email address. Our customer care team will reply to you within 2-3 working days. Also, you can simply go to your order/service and click on the refund by sharing the reason for the refund. No other method shall be applicable to accept your refund request.
For the refund, you need to wait for at least 7 working days from the date of applying for the refund. Also, a refund is subject to the transaction from the bank. The bank may take up to a few more days to refund the amount. In case you see a delay in the refund, you may take the screenshot with you to the bank. We have the right to cancel the refund in case we find fraud or any other manipulative behavior. Further, we may take an action against you for opting for malpractice.
If you have made the payment through a credit/debit card, you will get your amount credited to your bank account within 7 working days. If you have made the payment through your credit points, they will be credited back to your account within 2-3 working days. No other option shall be applicable for refunding your amount. In case of any confit, the company is liable to follow its policy. Also, the company is not responsible for situations where you have added the wrong banking details.
